4. Hosting and Odoo Online

Our B2B product and inquiry portal is operated via Odoo Online.

The provider is Odoo SA, Belgium. In connection with the provision and operation of the platform, personal data may be processed by Odoo.

Odoo Online provides databases hosted and managed by Odoo. Odoo uses additional subprocessors for its cloud infrastructure. Information regarding data locations, subprocessors and data protection is provided by Odoo in its Privacy Policy.

The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing and securely operating our portal as well as conducting pre-contractual and contractual business processes.

5. Product and Quotation Inquiries

Business customers can select Products through our Portal and request individual quotations.

In connection with an inquiry, the following data in particular may be processed:

Company name, contact person, e-mail address, telephone number, address, postal code, city, country, VAT identification number, requested Products and quantities, as well as any voluntary information provided in the notes field.

This data is processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry, verifying business status, technical Product allocation, preparing an individual quotation and preparing and conducting a business relationship.

The legal basis is, in particular, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract). Where necessary, processing may also be based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Customer Account and B2B Portal

Customer accounts may be created for selected business customers. Accounts are currently created exclusively by invitation.

Within the Customer account, company, contact, access, inquiry, quotation and other data required for the business relationship may be processed.

The processing serves to provide the Customer Portal and to manage the business relationship.

Access credentials must be kept confidential by the respective user.

7. Disclosure to Manufacturers, Suppliers and Logistics Partners

AVITECH Solutions GmbH works with manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners in connection with procurement, technical Product allocation, quotation preparation, direct shipment and complaint handling.

Where necessary for processing an inquiry or fulfilling an order, the personal data required for these purposes may be transferred to such companies.

Only data necessary for the respective purpose will be transferred.

If you communicate with us by e-mail, we process the contact and communication data provided by you for the purpose of handling your inquiry and conducting the business relationship.
